Lapel Pin Native American design - craft item?

    This came with other items. I'm not sure but it looks like it might be a craft item. Before I donate it thought I would ask if my WAG is correct.

    It's a souvenir item of some kind, but I doubt it was Native-made. The back is all wrong. That said ... who knows.

    These are made in Hongkong. Even some Native Americans buy them to decorate their regalia, it is easier than making them yourself, and very cheap.
