    Could be low grade dyed lapis,nothing in the photos specific.

    Look at the 3rd photo,you can see the dyed white areas.

    It could be lapis,but many stones can't be positively identified with photos.

    If it's lapis, it's been dyed to the point of unidentifiability. I'm more inclined to think Random Dyed Rock.
