Large Engraved Copper Plate - Sailing Ship

    This heavy copper engraved plate has a large ship on it, I would have said it was a printing item but wouldn't the wording appear backwards? It is 20" by 16". It weighs nearly 7lbs. The name on it appears to be J V Villano. Any help appreciated. I tried searching for ships with that name. Thanks for looking! copper2.jpg coppersig.jpg
