I just picked this up at my local thrift store, the signature looks like sui79 to me or something. It is oil on canvas .

Any ideas on who this artist could be ?

It's weird though cause the canvas looks pretty clean for it to have nails. Are the nails older or newer?

Yeah, now that you mention this, it's sounds right but no nicotine on it.

 

I sent some photos to that Doctor man I know from the swap meet. He is interested in buying it, anyone know of a fair price ? Or should I wait till someone knows who the artist is ?

 

I wouldn't wait, and I don't know who the artist is either, @billyd3us - if it were mine, I'd sell it now.

 

I'm going to sell it to the Doctor when he comes over after the 1st. Just don't know a fair price

 

Has he made an offer yet?
