Large Glass Butter Dish?

    I'm assuming this is a Butter Dish. The bottom is 8" wide and it is almost 6" tall to the top of the lid. I'd like to know the pattern and maker please.

    Kind of hard to tell where the lid comes off and how deep it is.
    If too deep it might have been for honey?

    Just a minor comment. Bryce seems to have made a series of butter dishes, without matching pieces. Don't know why.
