Large Porcelain Charger

    This measures 17 3/4" across. Not sure if it is Chinese or Japanese.

    WAG? Japanese. That's because it doesn't look Chinese...

    Lot of stilt marks. I’m leaning toward Japanese, but am not certain.

    As kentworld said, it is Japanese and likely late 19th c. On smaller dishes the stilt marks had disappeared already then but on big ones they still seem to be used.
