I found this print yesterday at a thrift store along with the original Robert F Gilder painting I posted yesterday. It is BIG!

When I googled the artist (Caspar McCloud) and the title (Florida Cow Hunt), I saw my print in the Florida Historical Society, the Historical Society of Sarasota and also Legends of America right off the bat - it was my exact print but both called it Cracker Cow Hunt by Caspar McCloud??!

Did Caspar McCloud decide cracker cowboys were not politically correct? How is same print by same artist have 2 different names?

Do I have a newer copy that had title revised? Does that hurt the value?

Either way I was hoping you would like to see it - it is pretty for a print (close ups in pic 3 & 4 shows colors better)

PS - I just noticed that my hand must have moved when taking photo of signature - I will take it again.

    Thank you all!

Well I sent a email to his website asking him about the different names; we'll see what happens.

It really doesn’t matter. It is essentially a poster. Likely has zero resale value beyond the frame…
