    Thrift store find!

    I couldn't make out the signature but I saw Paris so I bought it - now can someone tell me if I have a winner?
    What is the artist's name?

    Hi,
    Are you sure Paris? I see Peru. The potters first name looks like Manuel. It looks like South American type of pottery.
