15 Largest Antique Mall in Ohio

Thought that the list was interesting. I have personally been to 8 of the antique malls on the list. No surprise that Heart of the Ohio is the largest in the state, but I am surprised by the Maumee Antique Mall being close in size since I previously haven't heard of it. Guess someday I will need to make a trip up I-75 to Toledo.

Also, the 116,000 square feet Heart of Ohio is only 4,000 square feet smaller than the largest antique mall in the country apparently. I'd think that the Berner Brothers would add on bit just to get the bragging rights and advertising credibility of saying they are the largest in the U.S.

Your thoughts: Have you visited many of the antique malls in your state? Any really large ones?

I've been to all of the Springfield malls, plus I used to have spaces at #4, Heritage Square. The Shoe Factory and Logan malls are on my list to go when I can. There are several smaller malls in downtown Delaware Ohio that I like and visit often. They are easier on your feet. There used to be one over in Zanesville which specialized in pottery, lots of Roseville, but I think the owner retired.

Have been to the Springfield, OH malls. Seems a lot of the really large malls have closed. Used to have several in central IL and now they are mostly gone. Have been to the really large mall at Gurnee IL (Just outside Six Flags) but see it is now closed as well.

Looks like this might be the largest in IL now. 50,000 square feet is big but only half the size of the largest elsewhere. Have not been.

You all are lucky. We have a big store here that could be called a thrift. It started out as a person who did clean outs and then put the stuff in his store. In the very beginning of the store, his prices were excellent and I would buy and buy.

Then he changed and the store is over packed so we can not walk down aisles and the prices went to retail. I stopped going because, I am not going to pay retail for something to resell.
I bet his rent is very high where he is. But he lost customers when he went nuts with prices. I found some green glass swizzle sticks. He wanted $5 for each.

There are no antique malls within reach for me, at least none of any size. There's one, but the whole thing would fit into the entry at Heart of Ohio. (I watch them on Youtube, btw. Nice folks.)

Wapakoneta Ohio has lots of little antique stores that I love to go to. Small but sweet.
