leather skirt with Native corn people

I have 2 of these that I bought a few weeks ago, still can't find out who made them and the inside tags are very worn, can't see a single letter . Any ideas on the maker or artist etc. ?

Can't help with the maker of your garment, but just wanted to mention that the figure on it looks like what I would call a 'Yei'. There are several members here who are much more knowledgeable about these things than I and hopefully they will chime in and either correct or confirm my name for this figure.

You can say it makes use of a Navajo style figure, but without proof it would not be correct to say it is made by a Navajo artisan. You might be accused of misrepresentation, which in this instance could have legal implications based on the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990. https://www.doi.gov/iacb/act
The act applies to arts and crafts made after 1935, which I believe would include this skirt.
