Featured Lg enamel vintage pendant in sterling. Scandinavian? Marked w black mustache like mark

Any leads on this piece? Set in silver and the chain is marked "Sterling". Almost looks like there might have been a signature at one time on the edge, but honestly it is so faint and spotty might not have been a signature at all. I feel like the black mark on the back is some kind of signature though. Also am I right just to call this "enamel". Any other descriptive words?

Could the origin be Scandinavian maybe?? Thanks!

Would this be called cloisonne as well due to the raised sections?

It's a large piece and looks pretty cool on because the pendant sits just below the neck and really stands out. I actually spent more on it that I usually would ($39 at a consignment store) even noting the slight corner damage. Would love to find out more about it if anyone has ideas! Thanks!
