Liberty Green foil glass earrings

    Are they Liberty or just happened to be in a Liberty box?
    Very sadly a chip on one but I thought they were too stunning to walk away from (and a very low price!)
    What do you think?

    Could be from Liberty. Looks like the type of thing they would sell. But, unfortunately, no way to prove one way or another.

    I’ve looked but can’t find others like them with a Liberty search but I suppose they are just intermediaries who have buyers looking for items that fit their brand rather than they order bespoke.

    They're not new -- 1980s from the look of 'em -- and would have been available in a small quantity perhaps from an artisan maker.

    I've got some LIberty earrings, all marked as such. I also have a few pairs like those, unmarked. Dichroic foiled glass and lovely to look at. The glue isn't a sign for Liberty quality.

    I suspect they're early 90s ish, those were the thing then.
