Light fixture decade request 170

I have this light fixture. I would like to request the decades that this was made
for insurance claim purposes because my hot water tank burst and they
got thrown out in mitigation. However, my insurance wants me to date
everything that got lost in water damage. Mitigation took this picture.

Perhaps it would be better if you put all of this in one post ? Not that we mind helping,but you are flooding the board so other posts are being pushed down and not being seen . 90% of what youve posted is ,and I dont mean this badly, run of the mill mass produced stuff. Cant they just do a blanket estimate ?
