This lil stunner came in a mixed lot a while back. It was 95% Navajo which I absolutely assume this is not. Other notable piece was Chinese enamel and jade bracelet. The style in which this is made isn’t altogether different. I don’t know if the stones are garnet or ruby. The center stone tested negative for a Diamond but I’m also not proficient in the use of the cheap tester I have necessarily. The marks seems to read 925 SS. So I guess it’s gold over silver which is what the Chinese bracelet was. I can’t seem to find one like it but I imagine with the proper terminology it will be possible. Makers mark looks like maybe MPQ or WPQ. 07B8A546-3391-409A-AC80-193DC900F4C1.jpeg C6898882-BF24-477B-B278-2460028E4773.jpeg 5AAD3838-9451-46E5-A71F-82571EC47032.jpeg D80F1831-2F40-4E46-A962-A200D5DC27E9.jpeg

Wowzers! That's pretty and artistic. There is a specific word I think for that twisted wire cloisonne technique, but I'm having CRS and can't think of it.

Artistic flare! Reminds me somewhat of this ring I bought. Yes,925 Sterling silver coated with gold with sapphires from Muscat,Oman.

Just a bumper. Would love to know where this ring came from definitively. Maybe some new eyes will see it.

I would think it's from India. Here's the same diamond and ruby floral motif done in a pair of older Indian earrings.

Most modern jewellery sold in Oman and the other Gulf States is imported from India, so that could be the link between the two rings.

That motif does appear a lot in Indian jewelry it seems. Thanks!
