lil odd pair

Hi folks these were something i picked up on the same day as the others

i ruddy love um

don't think we're talking one of the big boy companys, more like in the style of

but pretty damn neat all the same

i would guess at turn of the century ish (either before of after) ?

could do with more light this timer year

 

Lovely pair of bud vases.
The original paintings are both by Jean François Millet: "The Angelus" (prayer) and "The Gleaners" (poor people who searched for wheat after the harvest).
