Litho? Engraving? Etching?

Picked up this print, has the ridge edge but I can never remember what type it is.

 

Looks to be a scene from just prior to WWI...London?

 

Wlwhittier, found out this is an etching titled Charing Cross to St. Paul's. Originally published in 1891. A street scene in London.
