Little ashtray ID

I would apreciate any suggestions on origin of this ashtray.
Im guessing its silverplated. It has no marks.

 

Can't see the figure clearly, is she Madusa? Maybe from 1950's -60's. Look for a novelty company that was putting spelter figurines on s.p. Ashtrays. You could probably have ordered a certain quantity of those with any figurine you wanted standing on the edge, as long as the image wasn't someone's trademark or copyrighted. Madusa ashtrays are apparently good sellers, a quick web search found many, but no others with a standing Madusa, reinforcing my suspicion that your item predates the web.

Well its not Medusa.
This lady has small medival hat and she is holding in the right hand what looks to be a mask

 

Chinese figure. There are folks on here that know about those. It's hard to tell what she has behind her head. Cherry tree? It's not a great piece because the mold was overused and the details are so blurred.

 

I'll try searching that way.
