Little brass pot-not so boring

    copper at first glance. It’s looks to be handmade and engraved. So is it much older? Or just very well well used? Because of very harsh cleaning? Left outside,but brass doesn’t obviously doesn’t rust? Stands 13cm tall. Maybe it was used in a fire (but when it the base then still look ‘better’) some areas on the base just looks like copper to me? Thank you for any comments

    I did read what a lota pot is used for. Not very glamorous :)

    Not made with great care, but that is often the case.;)
    Vintage rather than antique.
