Little cup , Need help identifying

    Hi everyone happy new year, my neighbor found this in her closet and gave it to me I don’t know anything about it and I want to Polish it so bad . Posting this from work so I don’t have a tape measure that’s why I put the pack of sweeten low there so you can judge the size . any information would be greatly appreciate and would it be so bad if I polished it? Any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.     Childs cup. can't make much of the mark as to whether silver or plate. Can't hurt to polish it a bit.

    Thanks for that link, Cheryl. I could not figure what was on the inside bottom from Gary's picture. A baby with a spoon!
