Little Forged Shovel

    You have a handmade coal shovel, very nice, looks old but no idea if it really is or not. I used a commercial one (such as shown in Debora's link) to clean out my fire stove when I was young and wood was my only source of heat! :)

    Handmade, how interesting. Lots of integrity in that little piece. But two pounds! Couldn't have been easy to wield, especially when full.
