Little pottery ramekin

I’m guessing it doesn’t really have any value and will just hold salsa for me. I thought it kind of had the right look though and wondered if anyone knows who may have made it? No mark on burnt bottom.

    Here we go again! I enlarged your image 2X and lightened it a bit, then rotated JUST the center part (ME being lazy.....didn't change what I saw in the bottom of the ramekin though).....AM I the ONLY one seeing a cat face there??????????? The bigger question is, is it legitimate????!!!
