    The Question is weather this item is old or new
    What type of materials were used



    2" X 3 1/3"



    The flaking paint on the bottom is odd.

    Don't think this has any great age, but looks to be perhaps studio pottery, maybe a wood-fired glaze as it reminds me a little bit of raku pottery.
