Loetz Label

I received that Loetz Schaumglas vase I had posted in the "Finds" thread. The label on it is pretty worn down and the isn't anything remotely legible on it. I had also posted my vase to a Facebook group I belong to, and asked if anybody had a good picture of the label. One of the Glass guys supplied me with a link with a bit of info on the label and glass.

Thanks! Had not seen that label before so good to know. Not what I expected. The wording really just translates to handmade art glass. Anyone know what the letters on the label stand for?
