Logo/mark on trinket

Does anyone recognise this "m" or "Cm" mark/logo...? TIA

 

I think that is the initials of whoever painted it, not the maker of the box. Please Show the whole box , as well as a picture of the bottom. That can aid with a correct ID. Also include the size. Thanks. Others should be along soon

You are very welcome. It looks fairly well done, but I do think it is fairly recent.

 

It's one of the mass market many bone china makers here, 1980s ish I suspect. Image looks transfer, not painted.

Is it the birds or the colours you like? Birdies are a native British game species, and I've forgotten which.
