Looking for help with this painting

    This painting caught my eye and the more I look at it the more I like it.
    It is not Signed on the front but there is writing on the back on the frame there is Koch 19 On Bottom Of the frame
    And Koch written on a little piece of tape. There is also writing in pencil......... I think it reads “Laatz Box 1662 Balboa? It is on grumbacher canvas panel........any help is greatly appreciated.     Nice painting ...there's a Winifred Koch who painted in California and a Balboa street in San Francisco, goes up through the Avenues.
    Maybe a lead, maybe not. There are lots of painters with the surname "Koch"

    Robert Glenn. Born 1909 in Indiana. Wife Bellamy, son Robert G. Jr. Working in the Maintenance Division of the Canal Zone Schools in the 1950s.
