Hi everyone! This is one plate from a set that my mother had and no longer wants. Trying to clean house lol :). I not very knowledgeable about antiques and any information about the Maker, Era, and any general style information would be much appreciated. Thank for helping!

P.S is the creature featured a Dragon?

Oh BTW....there is no mark indicating who may have made it so pinning down an exact maker will be difficult.

A lot of people call this Moriage.
Moriage is actually clay slip that has been colored.
See the high shine? This is usually considered enamel paint.

At least that is how it has been described to me.
Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
