We recently purchased these two chairs and was not able to find any manufacturer marks or obtain any information on maker, any information would be appreciated. The tag on the cushions was Leo Bogin. The cushions were very hard indicating age. See the pictures below Thanks

Leo Bogin of Queens County, NY was listed as the owner of a furniture store in the 1930 census. In 1940, he calls himself a "furniture salesman." He was only 40 in 1940. so he could have been in business much longer. The style of the wood work makes me think post-WW2 for sure and perhaps even into the 60's.

This probably should have been listed under "Furniture" to get the right eyes on it.

Great chairs. Agree, 1960s plus or minus.

Very distinctive, maybe someone will recognize a designer. (Agree with Bakers, the tag is from the store.)

I assume nothing written under the chairs?

Hi Bakersgma, We have that information but we're looking for information on the maker of the chairs. We know Leo more that likely put the fabric on but who made the chair? We have seen some similar chairs by Milo Baughman, but not the same.
We're thinking 60's too since the cushion was rock hard and powdery. There is little or no information on Leo other that a newspaper article. Thank you for the info MK

The design itself says 1960s or so. Have no doubt these are vintage.

Yes, they are our chairs and we still have not found out the maker..........and the seller provided little or no information. Do you think they are Kofod Larsen chairs?
We're just looking for information that would identify the maker, who ever it may be.
We purchased them at Brimfield this fast Fall......we love them!
