Looks like a carved horn,but better photos needed with closeups of detail and size.

 

I will post more pictures in a few moments

 

preferably in focus with a white background....showing the base as well as the size and any details you already know...........

 

I have no info on the piece ,it might be worthless, just trying to find out if anyone has an idea

Im finding it very hard identifying the material

 

You may think you have no info....but...
how big is it ?
Where did u find it?
how long have u had it?
is it heavy or light?

I think I'm seeing a resin mold......

 

And you have it in hands! Imagine our difficulties with only blurry pics

 

Its heavy for its size,
Its about 20 inchs roughly maybe biggee

Try photographing it in daylight. Take it outside, if you have to. And please check if the pictures are blurry before posting. Pretend you've never seen it before and see if you can see any detail clearly.
You don't have to be a star photographer, but you have to give us a chance to see what it is.

On this picture I can just about make out the head of an East Asian dragon, possibly Chinese:

 

Is that a good thing to have engraved on it?do you think it has any value?

 

Let's start with good photos. Then we can see the material, whether it is actually engraved (carved) as you think, or maybe cast resin, and then take it from there.
