louis xvi parlor

    Just got my Louis xvi parlor reupholstered! Italian jacquard, it has a nice golden shine. The armchairs and sofa were made around 1910. The table isn't original to the set and dates a few decades earlier (grandma thought it was a good match lol). It's really pretty and I love it

    Its pretty but who painted it white ?

    It had a few different layers of paint but the very first one was white so we decided it should be white again.
    I don't really like the table tho, I'll try to find something more Louis xvi rather than Victorian. I can always sell it.
