    Hi,

I just recently acquired a yellow swirl vase with a pontil and a sticker on the bottom that says "Original Lutetian Glass" on a red sticker.

Ebay similar items says this maker was Italian, but other sources say Japan. Any ideas on a definitive answer or resources?

    Thanks much!

I see several of this mark on internet, but nobody seems to know the maker. one is also saying "Paris" beneath this crown mark.

Lutetia was the celtic name of Paris.

All very interesting, thank you! My gold/red "crown" sticker is identical to the one TallCakes posted - so Im gonna go with Japan. I dont see any residue from an additional country sticker but who knows. Its a small vase and fairly lightweight so it didnt strike me as Italian but Im no expert. Odds are it probably is a cheaper import piece from Japan. Most appreciated!
