Early to mid 19th century mahogany lyre based game table.

 

Hmmm. This does not look like an original early 19th century lyre table to me, but a 20th century reproduction. You need better and larger pictures.

Agree that it is hard saying from these pics but thought it looked better than the later versions

For comparison a couple period examples:

 

That Thomas Seymour table on the left in Brad post above is an outstanding example, with killer figure in what looks like tiger maple.
The reason i think OP table is not period is, among other issues, in next to last pic there is stamped 586-D which is probably a model number
