There is something about a sarpech/jigha that makes me want to get a turban. For just around the house, mind you. The diamond aigrette, a word I use when there are feathers present, is magnificient.

Many moons ago when I was living in NYC. I got an invite to go to the United Nations for a special occasion. Very black tie and very special. I arranged to get my hair cut at 4PM. I went to my favorite barber and much to my chagrin
found him a little high on pot. As he was cutting my hair he was muttering to himself "going to the UN for a special occasion. Gives me an idea" When he was done with the haircut and turned me around to the mirror, I almost fainted. He had cut the middle of my head into a maple leaf relief. What was I to do??? As I fled the shop and hurried home I was thinking of excuses I could use to stay home.
Dr Parksh my neighbor rapped at my door, he needed help in tying his tuxedo tie. I helped him with it and a thought came into my head. I asked him if he would wrap one of his turbans on me. He gladly wrapped my head. Off we went to the UN for dinner.
