Maker and Date of gold button

    A7166313-CB93-41EE-A0EA-1507EC5A491A.jpeg 23EE9ACF-4EA5-4082-BDAF-65ADB8925FEB.jpeg 243D78A9-58AB-40C4-9185-18854644BABA.jpeg I found this button recently and have determined it is 15K gold and made in Birmingham, however, I would like to date it and determine the maker.     Having trouble getting clear photos but hopefully the two new ones will be helpful. The makers mark i W&J.R, the other marks are 15K gold marks and a Birmingham Mark. Thanks again.

    ... Or perhaps a collar stud? Same idea as a cufflink, but attaches a collar to the shirt.
