Maker of Sort of Unmarked Staffordshire Transferware

Google lens is giving me all the usual suspects for the maker of this "romantic scene" transferware, but all of them are marked. These two aren't, and on looking closely at the google images, I couldn't find this particular scene and most of google's had closed handles, not open ones like mine. I know it's a long shot, but does anyone recognize the pattern or possible maker? Thanks!
