Featured Makers Mark help needed please

Hello,

This is vintage costume necklace 24" Rhinestone by ???? OGI UGI
The middle letter has the 2 dots above (diaresis)
I've been searching for a few hours and no luck yet.
Any help to identify appreciated.

 

"Is that a "J" in front of the potential "O" or "U" then "e" with the umlauts over it? If so, could it be a name like "JOëI"???? NOPE....THAT'S WRONG... ONLY a, o and u can have the 'umlauts' over them....sorry my BAD!!!

 

@Aquitaine yes you are right! I wasn't sure before but it is. Thank you.
The only part worn, I've polished but I see appears to be J, O or U then a C or G? with umlauts (new word for me) and ends in a curved I?

I have some bits of jewellery that belonged to my mother, things she wore to formal dances as a young woman in the 1940s, that are very similar in look & construction to this necklace. A classic look, so maybe not much clue to age...

 

I knew the word 'umlauts' but had to look up the "rules" that go with it.....but that doesn't mean somebody wouldn't do what they wanted to, either!! And it absolutely LOOKS like 'Joel'.........

 

Tough one to locate .. keep in mind if you come across please and thank you!

Added a great link on using Umlauts, not easy with no num pad on my laptop to type in a browser. Working on it.
