Makers Mark ID Help

    Hi everyone,

    I received this antique American-made coin silver spoon, and I can't figure out the maker's mark on it. It appears to be I.T.H. Can anyone help?

    Someone posted a similar spoon that bears the same mark to another forum. The letters are also engraved in the same design as mine. Unfortunately, no one was able to identify the mark over there. https://www.925-1000.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=63462

    Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

    Sharpened, enhanced & enlarged a little...........Kind of looks like it's possible for the first letter to be an "L"??? The rest looks to ME like "TIF" or "TIE". Also the part that I outlined in red looks like there are some marks in there, and BELOW the outline looks like there could be some printing....OF COURSE, I can be totally wrong, as well!!!:jimlad:

    Thank you! Those lines on the handle are just fingerprints. The blog on the other forum has a much better image of the matching maker's mark:
