Makers mark on antique gold plate/RG bracelet

    Hello

    I need help ID'ing the makers mark on the clasp of this rolled gold/gold plate bracelet. I think it's antique but not sure, with emerald and diamond paste.

    Looks like an anchor with the letters N P.
