Featured Maker's mark on little silver pill box

    Hello again :)

    I would also appreciate help on this little silver pill box. I can't figure out the maker and the age even though the mark seems very clear. I hope someone recognizes it right away :)
    Something Mexico? Is it 830 somewhere in the middle?... :p
    It's small but lovely.

    The maker's mark looks like OCA, and it has an eagle2 mark. My book doesn't have this maker's mark.

    OGA isn't in my book either.:(
    So am I. Could be a different maker, it is one of those things that are made by several makers, often in the same town.
