Makers Mark on Salt and Pepper Shakes..hummm? Stumped.

Can anyone identify the mark on the shaker's back, any idea how old?

    They may be German, but there's no information in the listing to back up the title.
    I was expecting to find a hobbyist mold somewhere, but I didn't.

    Thank you for speculating. When i first saw them they reminded me of the English Victorian Doll heads. I really cant find a mark remotely similar to rhe ones on her back....hmmm...

    They are copies of the china head dolls. I've never seen them made of S/P shakers before.

    Hobbyist I would assume, and made during the craze of doll collecting..........20 + years ago.
