Maker's mark on Spoon. Crown, moon, sun, stars. Sheffield? German?

    Hi all.

Could someone please offer some help on identifying the maker of this spoon. Possible Silver plate, otherwise gilt? It is a slightly more golden colour than what I am used to from Silverplate.

It has a crown (similar to the Sheffield crown), a sun, a half moon, and a star.

Then what I am assuming is the manufacturers mark - possibly ap?

Any help, I have not yet found anything similar online so am stumped. Thanks in advance.

Most likely British electroplate, not one I recognize offhand, though. The letters in the shield look like EP to me.
