Manning Bowman & co Oil lamp filler?

    At least that is what google says. It seems awful small for filling oil lamps at only 6" tall.
    It was mixed in with a bunch of old silverplate stuff so marked accordingly.
    Also wondering what the metal is Nickel? plated?

    Some Manning Bowman brings good prices. I can't help you out with info, but still a neat find.

    I see that! Mine is missing the chain and little cap off of the spout. But otherwise in great condition.
