Mark looks sort of like Capodimonte. But cannot find it in my book.

Thanks for the suggestion Owned. Will try to search marks. Will also get a better pic, nice blue eyes on this.

    It is a beauty, kraftblue.

I am no Dutch porcelain expert, but I do know well-known Dutch porcelain makers were Loosdrecht, Weesp, Amstel, Haags, and later on my favourite, Rozenburg. This mark is not by any of these.
I don't recognize the mark, have checked some Dutch databases, but nothing.
    Maybe @say_it_slowly knows?:)

The Netherlands made very little porcelain btw, because kaolin clay had to be imported from Germany. Historical events often got in the way of reliable trade.;)

Thanks Any. I also posted on a FB group. Somebody somewhere hopefully will know. Here is a better picture with the blue eyes.

I'm not any help. My first thought was Italian and the closest mark I found to the CPN was in Walter's book and it's a stretch, you'd have to drop the Capodimonte and edit the crown. I didn't find any CPN looking marks in Rontgen's or other sources I've checked either. I've not checked the impressed R mark yet.

Sorry I made the assumption that everyone knows who Walter was as he was so well regarded. The book is Italian Pottery Marks from Cantagalli to Fornasetti by Walter & Karen Del Pellegrino.

Just in case you weren't aware, Walter passed away a short time ago.

Going through a book of marks that I have, which gives only vague attributions, there was a mark not quite like this, but it did have C.P. and N and was attributed to Venice.
