I have a silver spoon with a registration number on it and another stamp that I’m unfamiliar with .A pretty fancy spoon engraved with a blank cartouche looks like some work went into it, would anyone recognise this piece.

It looks like a Chai turned on its side, unless it's a U turned the other way. :)

Hi thank you for looking , it’s a curious mark haven’t seen before .Dont see no signs of plating on the spoon magnet doesn’t stick and I wonder what this type of spoon was used or not used for.

Since you are in the UK and the spoon has a "registration number" it is likely to also be a UK product. But that also means that it is plated at best. If it were solid silver it would have the usual British marks - which are nowhere to be seen.

Just because something is not magnetic does not mean that it is solid silver. The base metal for electroplated wares is often nickel silver - which contains neither silver nor a ferrous metal.

Here's a set of spoons and tongs, same pattern and registration number, no other marks: https://www.etsy.com/listing/123175..._sold_out_detail=1&ref=anchored_listing&frs=1

Can probably track down the designer through the National Archives or some other source (I've only had limited success in tracking down British registration numbers, might be easier in the UK). It's a factory die-stamped pattern, and as already suggested, unlikely to be other than silverplate - as to its purpose, size would be helpful...
