    Hello!

I recently bought this pretty ring with a peach-coloured stone. This really is a mystery ring for me, as I don't know the era or the materials (glass stone, gold-plated?) :

On the underside of the shank, I found a tiny marking that I am not able to recognise :

From the photos, I would say the marking includes a number or fraction, two intertwined rings and the letters "RV".

Would you be able to help me identify it? Thank you very much!

    Nice colour stone, MP.
The mark looks like a maker's mark. Where did you buy it?
    I keep seeing PV?

Is it magnetic? A good mystery :)

I see RV and I'm betting the top mark is an abbreviated Sterling. Some sort of interlocking ring thing in the middle.

I bought it from an online vendor in France, for the price I didn't expect to find a maker's mark!
