    It's marked Hand Made in French, so one presumes French instead of the usual Italian. It's a cute duck.

    I would say the French place name Martres-Tolosane is also a bit of a giveaway.:angelic:

    It is a lovely plate. There are a few on Etsy and ebay, but I haven't seen this one yet.
