    Hi,
I've bought a mask collection and would like to ask for help to identify where do they come from.
I'm not looking for values at this point but you are welcome to give your opinion.

Quick look 1, 4, 6 look indonesian. 2 and 5 look mexican. Rest probably african. All decorative and none of them earlier than late 20th century, so values won't be too high.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

HAHAHA!!! I should enlarge them, enhance them, print them and hang them outside around our house for Halloween!!!!!!!!:hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

I tend to agree (with both of you!), although I think 2 is from Guatemala, based on the black eye lashes and snake, which seem to be an identifying feature of masks from Guatemala.

The heart-shaped face with the bird on the head is characteristic of masks from Ivory Coast, Africa. (Or a recent copy of an Ivory Coast style.)

Yes, I should have said central american instead of mexican. I haven't seen enough guatemalan masks to know the difference, though I do have a couple of really nicely carved old masks with glass eyes that I read were more likely from guatemala than mexico based solely on the glass eyes.

The first mask is Balinese, it depicts Kumba Karna, a character from the Hindu epic Ramayana.

The mask with the gold teeth is a take on an East Javanese mask of Prince Panji. Panji is the hero of a popular East Javanese romantic story. The gold teeth are a sign of royalty.
This is a more traditional one from my collection, without the bulging eyes:
