    Hello,
My name is Claudio, and I've just started to collect antique items.
I'm not expert, so I've joined this forum in order to get help.
Today I bought this Mason's chamber pot, but in my opinion it is a fake item. The mark doesn't match the ones commonly used by Mason's factory. Could you please give me any info about this item?
    Thanks in advance, Claudio

That crackling looks like genuine age to me ? I remember when blue willow was THE thing to collect .

    Hi Claudio,
I do not believe it is a fake. I have collected enough Blue Willow to furnish the White House.. I feel you have the real thing in your hands. It is a very nice piece. Since there are only two people on the bridge I feel that it is an older piece.

    Hello,
My doubt is about the shape of the krown in the mark. All the Mason's marks I saw are different. What is your feeling?

It would cost more to fake a Mason's chamber pot than it would be worth. But it looks normal enough to me.

Hi I have this exact chamber Pot and was also worried about the lack of "patent" in the scroll. Would anyone be able to hazard a guess for age?

Primm and Propper, I just took an online ramble thru your shop - it's simply lovely! I saw lots & lots of little pretties I'd enjoy having in my collections. Nice job!
