Found this at a thrift today for .99 cents
It is really dark gray with a hint of brown?
    Do the colors have names?

Nissan and Hansen's book III on McCoy Pottery shows yours as Roseville Floraline #407. The authors don't seem to assign color names in the photos they've taken however there are some catalog pages. The only color names I see mentioned that might be from the right catalogs are white, moss green, olive green bronze, slate. Other color mentioned is matte black that possibly could apply. Unfortunately the authors show it came in more than four colors so the info is probably out there.

Always possible I missed it too.

I think that's it! Thanks Janet. Interesting that there is not much of this color around. I've found a few online but even my Ebay searches come up with very few.

It's not how I would normally describe gunmetal, but, you know, not my circus, not my monkeys.
