MCM lamp??

Considering bidding on this at auction....thoughts? TY

I don't think it is MCM. I would guess 70s .
It is cool though.

Thinking 1970s as well. It would probably look pretty cool in the right setting, only hesitation I'd have if buying for resale is that hanging lamp can be a bit of a harder sell than a table lamp. The wood section on the top makes me think 70s, and also the chain on the cord is a common vintage feature.

I even wondered if it could be newer, but I think that chain means older, late 60s/1970s would be my guess.

 

Id guess 70s too,maybe even early 80s. I seem to remember that grey glass being a "thing" then. I dont know if Id splash out on a single one though, it would limit what you could do with it. Unless its huge.
