Meaning of SAT.4 Sign?

    Hi, and thank you in advance. I purchased this 2’ x 1’ street used aluminum sign from the estate of a Los Angeles area man who was in the Air Force, worked for Capital Air, worked for United Airlines, and lastly worked for Pacific Telephone. I also bought a “Pacific Telephone Co. Private Parking” sign that was stowed with it, if that offers a clue. I am at a loss as to what it could possibly mean. Thank you, again!     Satellite parking lot #4. I’m 96.3% certain. Many suburban airports have numbered or colored satellite parking lots served by circulating busses.
